You should use it for whatever reason you created it !
You've linked two CMYK profiles, so it's a CMYK->CMYK transformation
that could be used to transform a CMYK image from the source profile
CMYK space to the destination profile CMYK space.
You could (for instance) use PhotoShop or Argyll's cctiff
of lcms's tificc.
