I think if you leave off the -s you'll get Lab values rather than spectral data.

Hello everyone, I would like to use the "spotread" tool to read a series
of 21 linear patches to decide the type of media to use for printing
profiling targets for ink-jet papers.
I use the following string:
spotread -v -s
but the text file that is saved does not contain the Lab values ??that I
need.
Is there a way or a flag to be added to save a text file with these values?
