I'm sure it's different, but that doesn't mean that the behaviour is actually wrong. A pathological illuminant spectrum will always be able to show this behaviour, because it's inherent in the nature of fluorescence. The visual equivalent is viewing something that is fluorescent in the dark, while it is being illuminated with pure U.V. It will glow brightly, and it's apparent "reflectance" will be a factor of some 100's up to infinity.
Yes, I understand it. We discussed it some time ago. Colorimetrically it's little bit wrong but visually it gives very good results.
Hopefully the altered D50_0.0.sp solves your problem then. Graeme Gill.
