Another plus for Picture Window Pro, the general substitute for PS from
Digital Light & Color. To print a profile target or whatever without
color management, 1) you can load the photo with no profile conversion,
2) you get direct access to the printer dialog, where you make sure its
color management is turned off, and 3) you print with Custom Profile: None.
