Spassiba (thank you) Vladimir!

This icc2xml, is that an Argyll feature?

I don’t remember…

Hello Rodger,

if you've checked the [color]profiler, section Tools, last tab
"icc2xml|xml2icc, you can convert a ICC-profile to xml and back. In the
xml-code you will be able to change, amongst other, the internal profile name
too.

Regards.

Hi,

Is there a way, in Argyll, to change a profile internal name?

not with any existing command line tools, no.

If you want to write code, the program icc/iccrw.c provides a template
for how to read and then write a profile while changing a tag value.

Cheers,
        Graeme Gill.
