They have other hardwares and softwares, as well as many other "solution" packages and services. And the ColorMunki is really a joke with it's bundle software and it's not a very good instrument for displays with high contrast ratio (adaptive mode or not). I am not sure how good it is for printers. I tried it only with my cheap HP photo printer (RGB driver) and it looks better than before but the dark shades aren't too nice here either -> but this could be a limit of other components like the hardware itself. Dark shades are bluish both on my prints and on my displays. The only reason why I could achieve a nice result on my old display because I used the default tolerance (black point correction rate 4) for dispcal. And it's better for WCG displays than most colorimeters without unique corrections.
