[argyllcms] Refine question

Hi,
I'm trying to create an abstract profile using refine and the
documentation says "The charts will usually be in .ti3
<http://www.argyllcms.com/doc/File_Formats.html#.ti3> format, but only
XYZ, Lab or spectral values will be used". I'll create the Lab values
with the help of a program. I can put any value in the RGB (or
CMYK) values in the .ti3 and the these values will be simple disregarded ?
