Hello Marco You can use XRite colorlab freeware (no documentation)

- open a TIFF file
- Filter / Layout / Spotcolor
- Save as text
Every RGBpixel of the image will be converted to an entry in CGATS style
text format.
You can also manipulate the textfile with ICC based conversions...

you can use the netpbm set of tools (exists for all kinds of UNIX and
for windows). Convert to ppm format, using the "-plain" option.
