Hello Marco You can use XRite colorlab freeware (no documentation) https://www.xrite.co.uk/product_overview.aspx?ID=1071&Action=support&SoftwareID=486 - open a TIFF file - Filter / Layout / Spotcolor - Save as textEvery RGBpixel of the image will be converted to an entry in CGATS style text format.
