I'm not sure quite what you are asking. You set the
ARGYLL_CREATE_DISPLAY_PROFILE_WITH_CHAD variable just
like any other environment variable.
If you are asking how to set environment variables in general,

Despite setting Rendering Intent to AbsCol in Color Conversion options, in
Color Settings, one still gets what looks like a Relative Colorimetric kind
of conversion :
0.0 0.0 0.0 -> 0 0 0 [Lab]
0.5 0.5 0.5 -> 53 0 0 [Lab]
1.0 1.0 1.0 -> 100 0 0 [Lab]
Yep - they've gone way out of their way to disable AbsCol for display profiles,
avoid the support costs of customers complaining that the print turned out "too
So the only way for icclu to ever “agree” with Photoshop, out of Argyll V2
profiles, is to stick with Relative Colorimetric intent?
I'm not sure what you mean by that. It simply appears that PhotoShop doesn't
implement AbsCol intent for display profiles, so any comparison with a CMM
that does implement support for the full range of intents is going to show
