If i remember correct, I got some similar error ( this , dont know ),
when I put the path in the program call like this:

C:\Cms\argyll\Argyll_V1.3.3_win32_exe\Argyll_V1.3.3\bin\colprof..............

it disapperad when I put the path in the global path.

I also test  profcheck, It worked.

This for Ms XP.
