[argyllcms] Problem with scanner calibration ISO 12641-2

Hello,

having solved the first problem (linear vs. gamma-corrected scans, g22 in
the name indicates gamma-corrected scans), I am now stuck again. I think I
have followed the instructions on the website (besides the fact, that the
names of the cht files are different in the current version than those given
on the website). Using the very same parameters (I think ?) as for a
conventional IT8-target, I get deltaEs on the order of several 10s. So
something is going awfully wrong here.

I create a DOS batch with an EXCEL macro, so I can compare the two runs
(extended and standard) easily. I append the batches below. Any hint, what I
am doing wrong here with the extended target ISO 12641-2, is highly welcome!
