So you need -d3, assuming you're driving the R1900 in RGB mode, if you
can drive it in CMYK mode you might want to try one of the others
options available...

Why the double printtarg? Alternates for different paper sizes?

I'm not sure -qh is useful with 360 patches... You probably also don't
need to define -o or -i since they're default anyways...

When generating a LAB LUT profile (-ax (default)) -no isn't required
either I think... I'd recommend sticking more to colprof's defaults
and changing them later on if results are dis-satisfactory...
