no, there's no tool for automatically doing that.
…and, in general, it’s not a good idea. There are extremely rare exceptions,
mostly involving poorly-behaved printers and images with peculiar gamuts.
If you really, truly, honestly need to do this, you can manually build a chart
with whatever colors you like; the chart is just a text file with a specific
format that’s pretty easy to understand.
Otherwise, just build a good profile and be done with it.
