I'll consider this. My intention was to deliver something that looks like
a "full package" because I know, that a huge number of users out there are
not capable to understand the connections and configurations issues we talk

If your program has no Argyll in it at all, just calls Argyll if the
user installs this, then you and Graeme have no more legal connection with
each other as far as I can see. Any legal issues have gone away.

At this moment, I think it would be good to separate my program from the
Argyll executables, as Edmund suggested. Otherwise, I need some time to
think about further steps.
