Hi Roger,
Is there a way to prevent Argyll from “collapsing” the Lumi tag, in the case
of a monitor
profile, to “100”?
Following are the first 22 lines of my *.ti3 file :
LUMINANCE_XYZ_CDM2 "0.0000 0.0000 0.0000"
NORMALIZED_TO_Y_100 "NO"
BEGIN_DATA
1 100.0000 100.0000 100.0000 166.278 166.030 128.968
As you can see, I do have Y = 166.03 cd/m2. Yet, when I look at the targen
tag, inside the
generated profile, the Luminance has been reduced to a “normalized” kind of
basis:
BEGIN_DATA
1 100.0000 100.0000 100.0000 97.4990 100.2290 83.1440
And of course, the Lumi tag only show “100.098053…” candelas per square meter
(in ICC
Profile Inspector).
Is it because I’m not properly populate the Luminance part of the CGATS
header? :
LUMINANCE_XYZ_CDM2 "0.0000 0.0000 0.0000"
