As indicated by the poor profile fit report, you have bad readings.
You need to get a good set of readings before making and evaluating the
profile.

To figure out what patches are in error, use

 profcheck -v2

and look for the largest delta E's.

(The next release has a profcheck -s option to make this easier).

It's likely that the problem patches are in a small number of strips.
Either re-read those strips, or read those strips patches one by one
using the chartread -p option.
