Sounds like it should have worked, but it obviously didn't. I'm sure I could speculate all day on other possible sources of error...but, honestly, I wouldn't worry about a post-mortem unless the problem persists. Whenever you're doing something for the first time, it's easy to do something off-the-wall that wouldn't even occur to you yourself to do once you've got the hang of it. If the next attempt also fails, that's the time to start probing deeper. b&
