The first thing to very strongly suspect is an error in measurement, possibly a 
strip read backwards or out of order or the like.

Since it's not that many patches, the simplest thing to start with would be to 
just re-measure the chart. Use a slow, steady movement when scanning, and pay 
attention to the messages Argyll reports when doing so.

If the problem persists, there're all sorts of additional things to try. 
Argyll's profcheck command, for example, will report the exact error for each 
patch; that would identify which patches are problematic. You could then 
re-measure just those patches, for example...but, again, for such a small 
chart, it'd likely be quicker to just re-measure the whole chart than to 
explain how to find and re-measure and edit and the like.
