[argyllcms] Implement cal into profile

Hi list

Standard Workflow with calibration file

1. print patches -s (for cal file)
2. make cal file (-i)
3. print patches for profile (with -K)
4. make profile
5. apply cal


QUESTION
Can I do at once somehow?

1. print single chanel patches and patches for profile (two separated charts)
2. make profile (standard)
3. make cal file
4. apply cal

I try to do that, printcal with -i, and after apply cal I make profile worse. 
Reduce too much colors.
I try also with -I, but nothing happened.
