[argyllcms] Hutchcolor targets

Would it be feasible to use argyll to create a scanner profile with a
Hutchcolor (HCT) target? The section on scanners says that creation
of .cht files to describe targets is beyond the scope of the current
documentation. How would I begin to write an appropriate template, or
is this an area in which a layman is not likely to have much success?
