If you have a telespectroradiometer of some type with a reasonably narrow field
of view, then it sounds like the most practical way of getting sample
values might be to illuminate some large test patches under the
UV, mask out all but one, and measure each one in turn.
You can either try making a cLUT profile from the resulting patches
directly, or take the intermediate step of creating an .mpp profile
and then using fakeread to create a much larger number of modelled
patches from the .mpp profile, to build your final ICC.
