You’d profile the SureColor 7000 as an RGB device.
The only opportunity you’ll normally get to control (or even see) the pure
pigments on an Epson is during linearisation :(
If you want more control you have to use a rip like GMG’s or software that can
override the Epson driver — like the Quad Tone Rip (which is for B&W and not
designed for use with the Violet ink set).
