You should also consider that sRGB mode is an emulated mode. So, it still
works with native primary colors. The error is lower but it also requires a
spectrophotometer or a colorimeter with a correction matrix.
But yes, the sRGB mode is factory calibrated. So, it is better than nothing
and it is usable. But use it without the improper home calibration!
