Anyhow, good news! I found the 'bug'. It was a usage problem. Remember what my command line for dispcal was :
dispcal -v -yl -w 0.3457,0.3585 -b90 -gl -e1 -K -H 245bw
Well, it turned out that the -K parameter was the culprit. As indicated in the online documentation, the K parameter is designed for the DTP92 andOptix.
Strange, it should be ignored, but I'll look into it.
I tried typing: "-w 0.3457,0.3585" or "-w0.3457,0.3585"
Again, strange. Either of these should work, and seemed to work in your previous example. I didn't think there was any localization that could get in the way. For instance, if I try: dispcal -dfake -w 0.3457,0.3585 test and then in the menu choose 2) to adjust white point, 0.3457 0.3585 are shown as the targets. Graeme Gill.
