Ben I really like when you posts examples. It looks like you make a profile for a monitor calibrated to 6500K. It was very interesting when I saw you specified the D65 illuminant to the profle command. Is just wonder if that is the right way to do it, or do you have specific needs. I have newer done that, but I have only used argyll for three years. :-)
It's not usual to use spectral information in profiling a display, simply because there is no illuminant involved. The only reason for doing so with a display is to choose an alternate observer. So the "-i D65" above is actually not doing anything - it's being ignored, only the "-o Shaw" is having any effect. The display will have a 6500K white point only if it is calibrated to be so (ie. using dispcal -T 6500). Note also that 6500K != D65 white point, they are subtly different. Graeme Gill.
