[argyllcms] Convert CMY to CMYK (zero K)

I have made a CMY profile
but I can not use it as it is. It seams the best way to be able to
use it is to do some sort of conversion (or hack) to make a way more
supported CMYK profile where the K is sett to zero render. Please
help.
