it doesn't work that way. Profiling captures the behavior of the device,
including
it's white point and tonal response (gamma).
To modify the behavior of the device requires calibrating it, either by
changing the displays controls, or applying per channel calibration
curves. The latter can be done using ArgyllCMS dispcal, but this
requires interactive access to the instrument, so a PR-655 can't
be used with ArgyllCMS tools, unless you are able to write
some sort of "glue" script/program, and make use of the
colprof -C and -M options.
