[argyllcms] Command line calibration after profiling

This seems like a simple problem, but I can't quite get it.

I have some PR-655 data which I put into an appropriately formated ti3 file.

I want to use that data with a target white point and gamma to create an
icc.

colprof -v myfile work, but I can't figure out how to set my targets in the
process.
