Sorry, I'm not sure, since I don't have a Plasma display. The integration
period for the ColorMunki Display is made somewhat longer on a refresh display,
in order to help make up for the lack of exact synchronisation.

If you want the best accuracy measuring refresh type displays, then
it's probably worth paying slightly more for the i1pro display.
