RGB is not an appropriate way to drive the printer and be able to make these
sorts of
adjustments using an ICC profile or per-channel calibration.
Either you need to be driving the printer in something closer to its native
colorspaces, such as CMYK, or you need to be making adjustments to the
driver that is turning RGB into the native printer colorspace.
If you the driver is Gutenprint, then you need to be making changes
to Gutenprint CMYK parameters.
