As far as I know, means input profile to same output profile, that no color

Though one would hope that “assigning” (not converting) a particular profile
and then specifying that same profile as the print space would result in a
“null transformation” with the values left untouched … it often doesn’t
actually work that way. Some print drivers think they’re smarter than you and
will go ahead and do some sort of default “make it look nice” transformation.
Some will do round-trip conversions with resulting floating point rounding
errors. I think I’ve heard of other weird things happening.
I’m afraid I don’t have much advice to offer for Windows. Once upon a time,
Adobe offered a downloadable utility designed just for this job, but I
understand they pulled it some time ago.
You might also look for utilities from your printer vendor. Canon usually
offers good tools for its professional (especially large format) printers, and
I expect other vendors do, too.
An additional note…not all color transformation engines are created equal, even
if they’re ostensibly performing the same transformation from one space to
another. Personally, I haven’t found anything that can compete with Argyll.
However, to use Argyll for the task, you have to do everything via the command
line to produce a file in the printer’s space that you send directly to the
printer without further color management — just as for profiling. So you might
want to keep that in mind…can you find a tool that will let you make these
sorts of prints with some regularity that doesn’t disrupt your workflow
excessively?
“One more thing.” Even when you _do_ find a tool that will let you send data
unmolested to the printer, it’s almost never obvious how to do so. The
functions are often hidden and / or cryptic. Be sure to triple-check that you
clicked all the right buttons….
