[argyllcms] Chartread abnormal

I have I1pro2, and 1.6.3, Mac 10.9.
I tried to do profile. On some strips on the start was normal reading, on some
always got an error "Too many patches”, or you read X instead of Y, or
something like that. So I read patch by patch patches that I can’t read in a
strip.
After colprof, I’ve got abnormal results
Profile check complete, peak err = 215.548626, avg err = 36.651873, RMS =
55.202078
I saw on the list that other people had similar problems.
So, does anyone find solution for this?
