I'm inquiring to see whether it is possible to use Argyll to calculate
delta E values for a set of measurements that were made on a display.
I have the resulting XYZ data from the probe for each patch and the
original, reference patch value. This small data set includes a white point
read, so we do have the system white point.
I've read the documentation, and it would appear to me that colverify would
be the tool to use but I'm not sure how to approach this.
Should I manually create a .ti1 file that resembles the list of patches and
then a .ti3 file that resembles the profile data, and then read that into
colverify ?
Or is there a better way to do it ?
The display is not here, this is why I cannot measure it again.
