Hi, Anything is possible, but sometimes strange things happen with driver installation. It's best simply to back out (by using device manager to uninstall the device with "Delete the driver software for this device" ticked), un-plugging, re-plugging, and try again. If you find the problem is repeatable, then report back. There should be some more error details at the bottom of the file C:\Windows\inf\setupapi.dev.log [In fact it's best to delete this file and then try and install, so that the log file only contains details of the last install attempt.] Graeme Gill.
