It expects a CGATS.5 Data Exchange Format, from the Annex J, of the
ANSI CGATS.5-1993 standard type format.
Most input (ie. scanner, camera etc.) test charts come with such
a reference file. The file ref/ColorChecker.cie and ref/QPcard_201.cie
are examples of such a reference file.
