[argyllcms] Black-and-white printer profile?

The Canon iPF8100 has four black inks in its inkset, and it uses those 
exclusively when R=G=B.

Is there any (graceful) way to create a profile for the printer that will only 
output R=G=B values? Input would be black-and-white images; whether 
single-channel or RGB doesn't matter to me.
