You'll need to figure it out, since you have the printer to print test values

the test charts, the profile, the measurement instrument and the workflow.
What device value does gray translate to using the reverse (B2A) table
lookup using the intent you have chosen ?
What does the forward printer profile predict will be the color of those
device values for the intent you have chosen ?
What does the forward printer profile predict will be the color of those
device values for Absolute intent ?
What is the measured color of those device values when they are printed ?
etc.
