[argyllcms] ArgyllCMS V2.1.1 has been released

This is primarily a bug fix release to address a typo in the
Linux udev 55-Argyll.rules file. It also includes an enhancement
to the SpyderX driver that allows black calibration to be
skipped (i.e. support for the -N flag).
