Roger thank for the reply,Yes, I light on the backlit frame and I make the
mesureament over it. I use a kodak Universal 8 mil film for dye sub backlit as
printing support. The mesureament work with colormunky software with the lights
of the frames turned on, but doesn't work with another film I have where I
print in horizontal mirrored mode. So I' d like to use Argyll to profiles both
papers if results are good. For the printing I' m using a canon Pixma IP 6600D
with 6 ink that support max A4 and I'd like to use for my A3 backlight frame a
Hp 9800D printer. But how to use arglyll for this? Hoping someone can help.

It’s possible to treat backlit as a kind of « emissive » device, perhaps?
Pretend you’re creating a profile for a monitor display. Put the backlit
material on light table of some kind? Graeme will know better… Best / Roger

Hello Everybody, It's Diego
I' m new to backlit printing and I' d like to make a good profile for this kind
of printing on my A4 and A3 printer.
I'd like to use Argyll to do this but I don't know what kind of option setting.
I' d like to print not more than 2 A4(or legal) pacth sheet, is it enought to
make a good profile? 2 legal profiles give me 504 patch.
Another point is that I tried to use the chatread command with -e (emissive)
option but Argyll continue to make 2 beep on reading.
This because probably I have to set the -T ratio option but what to put?
Perhaps I' m using the wrong command and I have to use the filmread command.
What to do?
I hope someone could help me.
And I hope to obtain good results with Argyll.
Thanks for any help.
Have a nice time.
