After testing with printing to file it seems that CS4 "Printer manages
color" and "No color management" is identical in Windows (and probably CS5
"Printer manages color" also). So ACPU is actually not needed in Windows.
But in OS X, as experts wrote here, there are some API things between
application and printer driver and this will not work. I found one trick
that will help ACPU print targets in correct size: just set scaling to 104%
in printer driver.
