Yes I saw these formula also, the problem is I have way to many patch to
convert manually.

I have created an EXCEL spreadsheet and a little VBA macro to do this. I do
not know if there is a dedicated Argyll-tool to do that.

Hello Yves,

do I understand correctly that you want to re-calculate the XYZ-values in
the reference file for the target you use?
Yes, at least I think that's what I want.
  Do you have the reflectance
spectrum of each patch?
Yes (I1 pro 2) I use a color checker with my own reference file and another created from targen which I also read with chartread to get the reference spectral data.
If so, you could use the formulae on Bruce
Lindbloom's webpage to calculate the X,Y,Z values from the reflectance
spectra and you measured spectrum of the illuminant.
Yes I saw these formula also, the problem is I have way to many patch to convert manually. So I wonder if one of Argyllcms tools can be used for this?
I did this to replace the D50 standard for my scanner with a tungsten lamp
spectrum, appropriate for slides (optimized for projection with a tungsten
lamp).

It seems this is pretty similar to what I want to do.

I want to create my own camera profile and get as exact color as possible using DCamprof
