Something I omitted from my first reply: you're producing targets
optimised for the i1 Pro (which uses smaller patches), rather than the
colormunki.  This would increase your chances of mis-reading patches due
to mistracking.
 
Your printarg command line should be more like: 
 
printtarg -v -iCM -t360 -p A4 Mitsubishi-PG

I used a colormunki to make a profile for my epson 3800,
the paper is Mitsubishi Photo Glossy.
 
I use the following setup:
 
targen -v -d2 -G -f441 -g128 Mitsubishi-PG
printtarg -v -ii1 -t360 -p A4 Mitsubishi-PG
