[argyllcms] 1.4.0 cctiff is embedding the profile in the output TIFF file by default

I've noticed that new v1.4.0 cctiff embeds the destination device profile into 
the output TIFF by default. This behavior isn't desirable for me all the time. 
I need to have an opportunity to disable any profile in the output tiff. Can 
You add a parameter into cctiff which would disable the profile embedding?
