[aravis] Release of Aravis 0.5.11

Hi,

I have released a new development version of Aravis,a LGPLv2+ gobject based library for the acquisition of video streams from Gigabit Ethernet or USB3 Genicam compliant digital cameras.

Here are the main changes:

* camera: ensure binning feature is present before using it (thecaptury)
 * viewer: don't overwrite buffers still used by gstreamer (Tim)
 * usb3vision: improve streaming reliability (Tim, Emmanuel)
 * buid instruction update (Raphie, Rehno)
 * translation updates (Rafael)
