Good luck with managing this complex patient. May be an excellent case
report for managing a complex patient with multiple systems impairments.
Consider collecting info and get patient consent and write this up for CSM
Case Report Spotlight Session in 2023 in San Diego. Sara May be willing to
collaborate? It would help improve care for these Pts which unfortunately
are not that rare on BMT units and are difficult to manage due to the
complexity.

Hello Listserve PTs,
Does anyone have experience working with a patient who had an allogenic
stem cell transplant for new leukemia diagnosis, failed to engraft, became
septic in ICU, was alst able to walk 3 weeks prior (profoundly weak now)
pretty bad mucositis, post transplant day 26+ and received an emergency
second allo-SCT in ICU? How did it go?
any feedback appreciated,
