Scott- you may want to check with your RadOnc physicians- my understanding is
that the goal of radiation is to create inflammation in the target tissues and
therefore- using the low level laser DURING radiation therapy may NOT be
indicated….

The ones we use are from RianCorp, LTU-904. I use it for cording and scar
tissue break-up, especially during and immediately after radiation therapy when
I don't want to do any extensive manual work on irritated skin. I bill under
manual therapy.

Would anyone who is using LLLT to treat lymphedema please share what type of
laser you use (brand), if you find it useful in your practice and if you bill
for it separately or under manual therapy.
