[apt4ssx8] Some Compiling Success

OK, forget about the DCL stuff, I got all the files unpacked.
There are 26 fortran source files, and 15 of them compile (albeit with
warnings about unused variables, inconsistent calling sequences, and
incompatible lengths for common block <name>) into FILENAME.o files with
"f77 -c FILENAME.f". All of the SS*.f files (the Sculptured Surfaces
files) compile.
That's pretty amazing! I'm encouraged!
