I have no idea if that is an indication of financial weakness or strength. But then aerospace seems rather volatile. Dowdy-Decoto has changed names/ownership several times finally ending up as GE Aerospace. Opps, I just checked Google and they are now know as GE Aviation. They make hydraulic actuators and maybe a landing gear or two. ;-) Last time I looked they had three or four 12' Mazak lathes.
