7 They may have deliberately used degrees to indicate unit to use, not
radians nor mils etc

The index/vocabulary page is now is complete and matches the pdf except for
Expanded number of entries that I had already found
The original has errors, fixed where noticed, the biggest being
chapter 12 and 13 seem to have changed order in the text but not in
the index.
VOCAB words found but with no manual are blank
VOCAB words found in the index but with no manual are listed as
removed (post processor MACHIN types)
