Bill…here’s where it stands:
16 Alumni with 1 guest = 32 people
6 Alumni with no guest = 6
TOTAL = 38

The JSC sponsored bus tour (see below) for Friday, July 21st, at 1:00 pm has 38
people. The capacity is 50. We will try to fill it up first with those that do
not yet have a reservation.

We can fill 12 more seats from those that HAVE not yet reserved one or two
seats. Let me know by no later than Friday, July 14th. You can reserve a seat
for you and 1 guest.

Just in case this doesn’t fill up the buses ANYBODY else already with a
reservation who would like another seat or seats can let me know also by no
later than Friday, July 14th. You all will be second priority.

Either list, first come, first served, accommodating first those that have NO
seats resulting from the first call on June 27.

The 22 AFOA Alumni that got the 38 seats have been notified by return email
from me.

Right after the 14th I will send the total list to all Alumni that have
reservations.

Regards to all,
Milt
